| ¡°Guidelines of Reservation Inquiry
|
Regulations of reservations and cancellations:
- 100% of the deposit will be forfeited without informing us of the cancellation of your reservations on the check-in date and the previous day.
- 60% of deposit will be deducted if cancellation is made 2-7 days before check-in date(check-in date included).
- 30% of deposit will be deducted if cancellation is made 8-14 days before check-in date(check-in date included).
- 20% of deposit will be deducted if cancellation is made 15-20 days before check-in date(check-in date included).
- Handling fee of NTD 100 is charged if cancellation is made 21 days before check-in date(check-in date included). And the deposit will not be deducted.
- We allow postponement and reserve the rooms for a maximum of 3 months if cancellation is made 2-20 days before check-in date(check-in date included) with certain purposes.
- Please contact us if the natural disasters happen, such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc. according to the declaration of the local government of the hostel or the youth activity center on the check-in date. We will fully return your deposit or defer your reservations without asking according to your demand.
